What is a Source Campaign in OpenApply?
A Source Campaign in OpenApply enables you to track where visitors are coming from when they access your OpenApply site or a specific form. When you create a campaign, the system generates a unique URL that can be shared across various channels, such as social media posts or digital advertisements. OpenApply then tracks user engagement with that link, including whether visitors submit an enquiry or complete an application.
How to create a Source Campaign
- Navigate to Settings > CRM Preferences > Source Campaigns.
- Choose whether the campaign URL should direct visitors to a specific form or to your main OpenApply site.
- Select a campaign source category to indicate where the Source Campaign will be used. You can create and manage your own categories, allowing you to organize commonly used channels for easier tracking and reporting.
- Enter a unique name for the campaign and click on 'Create Campaign.'
- Obtain the unique link of the campaign at the table below. Copy and paste the URL to your ad or post on a social media.
- Track the visitors and if they further convert into other statuses.
