Digest

The Daily Digest is an email that any staff user can sign up to receive on a daily basis. It includes information on the previous day's Inquiries, Applicants, and Admitted Students, as well as on other activities in the system such as submitted forms and documents, interviews scheduled, etc.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why Pending status enquiries are showing as Applicants in Daily Digest email?

The logic is slightly different between the Daily Digest e-mail and the rosters.

In the Daily Digest, they are shown as an Applicant if they start the application form, so that you are aware of any new started applications. However, in the system, they are only shown on the Applicants roster if they have the Applied, Admitted, Declined or Wait-Listed status.

The Applied status happens automatically, when they complete and submit the whole application form. Applicants who have started filling out the application form but have only submitted the first page or a few pages will still be categorized as Applicants in the Daily Digest email

However, because they did not complete and submit the whole form, they still have the Pending status, so are shown on the Enquiries roster.
