The Dashboard shows key metrics for the admissions season, including inquiries, applications and latest activity. From here you can go to individual students, analytics, re-enrolment or payment information.

Your admissions calendar appears on the right, showing tours, open days and interviews.

Tasks

Assign tasks to your admissions team directly on the Dashboard. View completed and pending tasks to check that follow-up is happening across the team.

Focus Dashboard

The Focus Dashboard highlights applicants or students who have recently had a status change, for example from Applied to Admitted. Use it to make sure every applicant or newly enrolled student gets the follow-up they need.

Filter the Focus Dashboard by the correct academic year.

Quick Start

From the Dashboard you can add a new inquiry, schedule a tour or RSVP for an open day. Use it to take down details from walk-in prospects or families who phone.

Latest Activity

Latest Activity summarises admissions activity, including:

  • New applicants who have recently applied
  • Changes in admissions status (for example, students who are admitted)
  • Interview notes and internal notes between admissions staff
  • Updates to applicant profiles (for example, a family updating their address or uploading a transcript)
  • Applicant review notifications
