Quick answer

Go to Settings > Forms and switch a form's status from Enabled to Disabled to hide it from public view. All submissions are kept. To find and turn a form back on, scroll down, select View Disabled Forms, then select Enable.

Enable, disable and locate forms

For OpenApply admins who need to take a form offline, find a disabled form or turn it back on.

Disable a form in Settings > Forms

  1. Go to Settings > Forms.

  2. Find the form and switch its status from Enabled to Disabled.

Disabling a form archives it. The form is deactivated and hidden from public view, and all of its submissions are kept.

Disable a form from its editing page

  1. Open the form to edit it.

  2. Switch the status from Enabled to Disabled.

Find and re-enable disabled forms

  1. In Settings > Forms, scroll down and select View Disabled Forms to see a list of disabled forms.

  2. Select Enable next to any form you want to turn back on.
