  • Common reasons for broken history

1. Inconsistent academic year

Inconsistent academic year in the applicant history and in the application form. Resolve it by updating the academic year either in the applicant history or in the application form and making them consistent.

2. Invalid history

If a student does not have complete statuses for an academic year, it will cause a broken history. A common complete history should be Pending > Applied > Admitted > Enrolled.

Similarly, if a student has an incorrect status order, it can lead to a broken status history. For instance, an 'Admitted' status appearing before 'Applied' may suggest an error in the status date (Effective Date). To resolve this, update the status dates to reflect the correct timeline.
