Completing a Payment in OpenApply

Parent Portal > Invoices & Fees > Payment

  1. Log in to your OpenApply parent portal.
  2. Open the Invoices & Fees tab and locate the outstanding payment, then click Pay Now.

  1. Select FariaPay as the payment provider.
  2. Review the payment details and click Submit.

Select FariaPay as the payment provider before submitting. Make sure pop-ups are allowed for the OpenApply domain so the secure checkout window can open.
  1. A new window opens with the secure UniPaaS hosted checkout page.
  2. Enter the cardholder name, card details, and email address.
  3. Click Pay to finalise the transaction.

Complete the transaction securely in the UniPaaS hosted checkout. The fee description and amount carry over from OpenApply automatically.

Once the payment is submitted, the secure window closes automatically and the fee is marked as paid in OpenApply within seconds.
