Completing Enquiry & Application Forms

Enquiry Forms and Application Forms can be found on the OpenApply landing page.

When completing a form, parents or guardians will need to enter a unique email address that has not been used before. The first Parent/Guardian will be asked to set a password, which will automatically create a Parent/Guardian account, so they can log in to manage their application, or to add other applicants to their parent profile. After the first parent has registered their details, the second parent or guardian will receive a welcome e-mail. This will allow them to also set their password and log in.

Account Already Exists or Email Has Been Taken

If you receive the message "This account already exists. Please click here to log in or reset your password", this means that there is already a parent account associated with this email address. You will need to login to your OpenApply account and complete the form from the Applicant Checklist on the dashboard. The message Email has been taken is shown if the same e-mail address is entered for both parents on the same form. Please remember to enter a unique e-mail address for each parent.

Completing Required Fields

Required fields are denoted by a red asterisk next to the field name. All required fields on a page must be completed before moving on to the next page.

Submitting the Form

After completing all the fields, you can review the form on the Submit Page.

Make sure to click Submit Application when you have reviewed the form, to complete and submit your application.
