Viewing the Agent Name on the Roster

To show which agent is working with each applicant, it is possible to add a column to the roster.

Navigate to the ApplicantsEnquiriesStudents, or Alumni Roster on the left side navigation panelClick the three dot icon on the top right of the roster. On the dropdown menu, select Agent Name. You can drag the individual column upward or downward to change the order of the columns on the roster. Then click Save.

This will display the agent name next to each applicant on the roster.

If you add columns to any one of the EnquiriesApplicantsStudentsor Alumni rosters, the other three rosters will be updated as well. Further advice on Adding Columns to the Roster & Sorting Columns can be found here.

Filtering by Agent in Analytics

You can customise analytics to track all your admissions data related to applicants working with agents by filtering for the specific agent. Each analytics page on the left panel can be filtered by agent names from Filter.

For example, you could filter by agent on the Conversion Funnel analytics, to view the conversion funnel for that particualr applicant. Find more context on our Analytics here.
