Go to Settings > Admissions > Events. Tick Display on Landing Page to show the Open Day and Tours buttons, and choose the Default View parents see. Use Holiday Calendar to block dates when events are not offered.
For admins who set up how open days and tours appear to parents.
Choose which events parents see
Go to Settings > Admissions > Events.
Under Display on Landing Page, tick or untick the boxes to show or hide the Open Day button and the Tours button on your landing page.

Choose the Default View parents see: Calendar or List. Parents can switch between the two views.
Open Day events are larger events for groups of families. Tours are for individual families or small groups of families.
Block holidays
Select Holiday Calendar to see the calendar of holidays and other times you want to block events.
From the dropdown menu, choose the programme you want to block events for.
Select the dates to block. Days marked as holidays show in blue, and events are not offered on them.

When you have added holidays for all programmes, select Save.
Let parents book a tour without a password
If you want parents to sign up for a tour or open day without creating an account, ask Support to switch off the password on the form. Parents then only give their email address, and they receive a different welcome email. You can edit that email in Settings > Admissions > Status & Notifications.
