Lead Scoring

Create a hierarchy of lead categories and define weighted scoring factors for your alumni groups (granting scores to more impactful activities). Review different thresholds to prioritise those individuals that are most likely to convert to donors. Boost conversions through broader community initiatives that leverage alumni relationships (e.g. donations).

Configuring Lead Scoring Categories and Factors

Navigate to CRM Preferences > Lead Scoring > Alumni to customise Lead Scoring Categories and Factors. Alumni are automatically assigned Scoring Categories, based on the Scoring Factors.

Scoring Categories can be assigned a colour and a name, according to how you would like to categorise your leads, such as Hot Lead, Warm Lead or Cold Lead.

Scoring Factors can be added in order to automatically assign scores based on different factors, such as an activity being logged, the Exit Questionnaire form being completed, or the Information Update Form being pending for a certain number of days.

You can also choose to 'Add Lead Scores to only future recipients' to only assign the scores to those who meet the factors in the future, instead of assigning the lead scores to all existing Alumni.
