A centralised, user-friendly interface from where the exit questionnaire form and information update forms can be sent, as well as view statistics relating to these forms, send reminder emails and notifications. Configure your ideal communications (i.e. sequence, order and timing of forms and reminders) for more automated and efficient alumni relationship management.
Sending the Exit Questionnaire Form
The Exit Questionnaire notification and Exit Questionnaire Reminder can be sent via the Alumni Dashboard.
Choose the Academic Year in the top-left. Alumni are organised according to the Academic Year that graduated or withdrew from the school. Click the the Filter in the top-right to filter for other criteria such as status, grade, campus or tags.
Click Send Alumni Notification then Send Exit Questionnaire, to notify those alumni who have not yet been sent the exit questionnaire.
Click Send Alumni Notification then Send Exit Questionnaire Reminder, to remind those alumni who have been sent the exit questionnaire, but have not yet completed it.

The Update Form notification and Update Form Reminder can be sent via the Alumni Dashboard.
Choose the Academic Year in the top-left. Alumni are organised according to the Academic Year that graduated or withdrew from the school. Click the the Filter in the top-right to filter for other criteria such as status, grade, campus or tags.
Click Send Alumni Notification then Send Information Update, to notify those alumni who have not yet been sent the exit questionnaire.
