Gather valuable information from your alumni when they leave your school (either by graduating or transitioning to a different school), with bespoke questions that are important to you. Leverage this information to better nurture your alumni relationships with more tailored communication.

Editing the Exit Questionnaire Form

The Exit Questionnaire Form can be edited at Settings > Forms > Exit Questionnaire.

This form includes a number of standard Alumni fields. You can add, edit and remove fields from the form as normal. Click here for further advice on form editing. Please note that many of the Alumni fields are part of Grouped Fields, so we recommend to add any additional fields into the relevant group.

Customising the Exit Questionnaire Notification

The Exit Questionnaire notification and Exit Questionnaire Reminder can be edited Settings > Admissions > Status & Notification.

These are notifications that are sent to inform or remind alumni to complete the Exit Questionnaire Form.

Sending the Exit Questionnaire Form

The Exit Questionnaire notification and Exit Questionnaire Reminder can be sent via the Alumni Dashboard.

Choose the Academic Year in the top-left. Alumni are organised according to the Academic Year that graduated or withdrew from the school. Click the the Filter in the top-right to filter for other criteria such as status, grade, campus or tags.

Click Send Alumni Notification then Send Exit Questionnaire, to notify those alumni who have not yet been sent the exit questionnaire.

Click Send Alumni Notification then Send Exit Questionnaire Reminder, to remind those alumni who have been sent the exit questionnaire, but have not yet completed it.
