Updating student and family information
For parents who need to keep their contact details, their child's details or application forms up to date during the admissions process.
| I want to | Go to |
|---|---|
| Update my own contact information | Edit your parent information |
| Update my child's name, date of birth, gender, photo or email address | Edit your child's information |
| Change an application form | Edit application forms |
What you can edit depends on your school's settings. If your school has disabled editing, the Edit buttons are not shown and you need to contact the admissions office to request changes.

Check your information carefully before saving. Keep your contact details current so the school can reach you, and complete any requested updates promptly to avoid delays in the admissions process.
Why can't I see the Edit button?
Your school has likely locked your Parent Dashboard or disabled editing for your account. You cannot update the information yourself, so contact your school's admissions office for help.
Can I unlock my own account?
No. Only your school can enable or disable editing for your Parent Dashboard.
