Where can I access the OpenApply demo site?
At https://demo.openapply.com. Use it to try out anything you do not want to change on your own OpenApply site first. The demo site resets every hour.

Can I export a list of attendees and their information?
Yes:
Attending applicants for one Event: go to Settings > Admissions > Events and select the Export to CSV icon for that Event.
A more detailed list for all Events on one day: in the Events Calendar on the Admin Dashboard, select the day, then select the Export Events to XLS icon at the top right of the pop-up.
Can I have different events for different locations?
Yes. Select the location when you create or edit the Event in Settings > Admissions > Events.
Are hosts notified when a tour is scheduled with them?
Yes. The assigned tour host is notified by email when a tour is scheduled with them.
You can also subscribe to the Events Calendar in OpenApply so Events are pushed to your personal calendar. See Subscribe to Calendar.
Can one event have multiple hosts?
Yes. You can assign multiple hosts to each instance of an Event, or different hosts to different time slots of the same Event. See Creating and Editing Events.
Can parents reschedule tours themselves?
No. Admins can reschedule tours for parents from the Events tab on the Applicant Profile. See Scheduling a Tour or Open Day.
Parents can only schedule tours if you enable Display Tours on Landing Page or allow it through a Tour-type Checklist Item. See Configuring Event Settings and Configuring Your Checklist.
Can admins register applicants for Tours and Open Days?
Yes, using the Quick Start buttons on the Admin Dashboard. The applicant must already be in the system before you can register them for a Tour or Open Day.
