Adding a New Enquiry

To add a new enquiry, click on the Enquiries tab on the lefthand panel. Click + Add New then click Add Enquiry

Selecting "Add Enquiry" from the same "Add New" dropdown displays the school's ROI (Request for Information) form. This is the same form that prospective families would see on the public-facing side when submitting an inquiry.

Complete the information you have about the applicant. As an administrator on the system, you do not have to complete all required fields, but must enter mandatory data, such as First Name, Last Name, Gender, Grade, Campus, Enrolment Year, Parent First Name, Parent Last Name, E-mail and Relationship.

This feature was intended primarily for schools to track inquiries over the phone or allow them to assist parents who cannot fill out the online form directly.

Once the applicant and his/her parents are added to the system, you can send welcome e-mails directly to the parents, prompting them to complete the application.

Adding a New Enquiry via the Dashboard

To add a new Enquiry via the Dashboard, click Add a New Enquiry under the Quick Start section on the right side of the screen.

Adding a New Applicant

To add a new enquiry, click on the Applicants tab on the lefthand panel. Click + Add New then click Add Applicant

Selecting "Add Applicant" from the same "Add New" dropdown displays the basic Overview form — a built-in form that includes the student's mandatory profile fields (First Name, Last Name, Gender, Birth Date, Grade, and Enrollment Year), along with contact details (Language, Nationality, Home Address, Phone, Email, and Campus) and Parent/Guardian information. This is not one of the school's custom application forms; it is a virtual form labelled "Overview" that collects the essential student record fields.

Once on that page, a sidebar on the right lists the school's published application forms, and the admin can switch to any of those forms to fill in the full application instead.
