Quick answer

A Source Campaign gives you a unique link to share on social media, in emails or in adverts, so you can see which channels bring visitors and whether they enquire or apply. Create one at Settings > CRM Preferences > Source Campaigns.

Using source campaigns

For admins using the CRM module who want to track where visitors come from.

What a source campaign does

A source campaign tracks where visitors come from when they open your OpenApply site or a specific form. When you create a campaign, OpenApply generates a unique URL you can share on channels such as social media posts or digital adverts. OpenApply then tracks engagement with that link, including whether visitors submit an enquiry or complete an application.

Create a source campaign

  1. Go to Settings > CRM Preferences > Source Campaigns.

  2. Choose whether the campaign URL takes visitors to a specific form or to your main OpenApply site.

  3. Select a campaign source category to show where the campaign will be used. You can create and manage your own categories to organise the channels you use most.
