Quick answer

When you sign in, the Parent Dashboard shows invoice and checklist reminders and a list of your children. Select a child's name to open their profile, where you can see their checklist, events, files and messages.

Dashboard

After you sign in, you go straight to the Dashboard.

  • Invoice reminders appear at the top of the page. You can pay online if your school offers credit card or PayPal (or WeChat Pay or Alipay for schools in China). Re-enrolment notifications also appear at the top, if they apply.
  • Incomplete checklist items are shown as reminders.
  • Your children are listed. Select a name to open that child's profile.
  • Add New starts an enquiry or application for another child. Family information already on file is filled in automatically on the new form.

Child's profile

  • Personal Information at the bottom of the page shows the applicant's details.

  • Upcoming Events shows tours, interviews and open days. You can cancel bookings online if your school allows it.

  • Select the Applicant Name dropdown at the top left to switch to another child. Use the Checklist, Invoices & Fees, Upcoming Events or Messages buttons to jump to those sections.

Application checklist

The checklist shows the tasks and forms your school requires for admissions, and which ones you have completed. Completed items are crossed off and marked with a green tick.

  • Hide Completed hides finished items so you can focus on the rest.
  • The Edit icon next to a completed form means you can still edit it.
  • The Review Form icon lets you review your answers on a submitted form.
  • Optional items appear at the bottom of the list.

Files

View files uploaded to the checklist or within a form, and upload more files to your child's profile. You can also see files uploaded earlier by you, a family member or the admissions staff.

Messages

Use Messages to contact the admissions staff. All messages appear here, with the most recent at the bottom.
