How to Reapply

Some OpenApply schools allow applicants to re-apply for a different academic year. We have information on how schools can enable this functionality here. The school can also choose whether or not to send a notification to parents that their child is eligible to re-apply.

If you have a child that is eligible to re-apply, you can take following steps:

a. Log into your OpenApply account. We have advice on this here

b. Once you have logged into your account, from the dashboard, click the Reapply button next to the child that you wish to re-apply for

Alternatively, click on your child's name to access the profile for that child, then click Reapply in the top-right

c. After clicking to re-apply, you will be taken to the application form for the school. If the school has more than one application form enabled, it is necessary to choose your desired application form at this point

d. You can then review and update the details in the application form, if required. Please note that it will be necessary to choose the new Academic Year / Enrolment Year that you are applying for

e. Once you reach the end of the application form, you can submit the form as normal. If the school charges an application fee, you will be required to pay the application fee again

f. After submitting the application form, any relevant checklist items will be re-opened, so that you can complete them again. We have advice on completing checklist items here
