Tag Rules
Applicants can be tagged automatically based on the values that applicants select for certain fields on forms.
These are known as Tag Rules. To create or edit Tag Rules, navigate to Settings > Forms and click Tags.
Select a form to show all fields within the form. Select a field to display all values available for that field.
Click to type the tag that you would like to be assigned to any applicants that select that field value, and to choose the colour for that tag.
Scroll down, click Add Tag Rule to save the rules you have created.
All tag rules will be visible. Click the pencil icon to edit the tag rule for that field, or the trash icon to delete the rule.
Newly created tag rules will not apply to previous entries, but clicking Regenerate tags will apply the rule to all existing applicants.
Form Tag
Applicants can be tagged automatically when they complete a specific form. These tags are known as Form Tags.
To create or edit a Form Tag, navigate to Settings > Forms and click on the form you want to configure. Enter the text you want to appear as the tag. For example, if you have a scholarship application form, you can set the tag as “Scholarship.” Applicants who complete the form will then be automatically assigned the Scholarship tag.
Form Tags can be added to any type of form, making it easier to identify and organize applicants based on the forms they have completed. You can also filter applicants by tag to quickly locate those who have completed a specific form.
