Still cannot sign in?
I have not received the welcome or reset email
Check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, ask your OpenApply administrator to check the email address on your staff account and resend the welcome email.
My email address is not recognised
Your account may use a different email address, or you may not have been added yet. Email addresses are case-sensitive, so type it exactly as your school set it up. Your OpenApply administrator can check this in the Staff Directory.
I do not know my school's OpenApply address
It is in your welcome email, and usually looks like yourschool.openapply.com. Your admissions team or OpenApply administrator can also tell you.
I use two-factor authentication and lost my device
Ask a colleague with the Security Admin permission to turn off 2FA for you in Settings > Staff Directory. If nobody can, submit a request and Faria Support will call your school to confirm who you are first. See Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).
