September 15: New Filters

Filter for Broken Status

To allow admins to easily identify accounts with a broken status history, we added a new Broken Status History filter under Filter > Status > Broken Status History > Filter Results on any of your rosters:

If no statuses are selected besides Broken Status History, then the filter will list all accounts with a broken status history, regardless of their status. If a status is selected alongside the Broken Status History filter, then the filter will display all accounts with that status, e.g. all Admitted accounts with a broken status history.

Filter for Custom Date

A new Custom Date filter has been added to to the Date Range filter on any roster. The Custom Date allows admins to search for specific dates outside of the status milestones already present in this filter. Select Filter > Custom Date, select Enable and choose a form, any date field from within the selected form, and the date criteria you want to filter for:

This is a useful addition for those who want to save time searching for a specific date outside of the status milestones.

Tags

Finally, it's now possible to filter for different tags with an and/or logic in Filter>Tags. This is useful for admins that prefer filtering for accounts that have any of the selected tags, or all of them.
