File Export
It's now possible to easily export individual files submitted by the parents as checklist items via the File Export function in Settings, e.g. selecting Checklist items will display a dropdown menu that allows you to select your preferred files to export.
The function is a useful addition for those looking for a way to organize their digital files and save time sorting through work folders, giving you easy access to the resources you need.
To access it, simply navigate to Settings > Import & Export tab > select File Exports. Then, click Select Files and the documents you want to start working on:
Parent Note Notifications
Additionally, Parent Note Notifications will now include the grade of the student. In this way, when admins get notified with a Parent Note, they are able to determine which grade the student is applying to and if the notification is relevant to them.
Feeder School
It's now also possible to bulk clear students' Feeder School reference forms and statuses to collect new ones. To do so, under the Roster Menu, click Send Reference Request > Reset Reference Form and Status:
CRM Updates
For our CRM users, it's now possible to schedule email campaigns during specific dates–you can select the date the campaign starts and the day it ends, or choose to make it a one day campaign. Navigate to your Email Drips to start using this function.
