We just added German prefix titles for our schools speaking German.
CRM Updates
Some exciting CRM updates include:
a. After the Convert to Inquiry update, it's now also possible to convert a Contact into an Applicant on the Contact's profile.
b. New Analytics in the Email Campaign Settings will allow admins to track open rates, click rates and unsubscribe rates. You can access this directly via Settings>CRM Preferences>Email Campaigns. Select more stats to review the statistics:
