Set up OpenApply before applications open
A short checklist to work through each year before your admissions season starts, so families see the right dates, forms and fees.
- Add the new academic yearGo to Settings > School Settings > Academic Information and check the academic years and year levels.
- Check age validationReview the age ranges for each programme so applicants are placed in the right year level.
- Update your formsGo to Settings > Forms. Update questions, dates and wording, and preview each form as a parent would.
- Review checklistsGo to Settings > Admissions > Checklist and check the documents and steps families must complete.
- Set deadlinesGo to Settings > Admissions and choose rolling or fixed deadlines for each campus and programme.
- Check fees and paymentsConfirm the application fee and that your payment method is working.
- Check your emailsReview the emails sent at each status in Settings > Admissions > Status & Notification.
💡 Tip
Submit a test application with your own email address before you open applications. It is the quickest way to spot a broken link or missing field.
