Tips for good summaries

  • Choose the right fields

A summary can draw on up to 25 fields. Pick the ones your team actually uses in decisions.

  • Five dimensions

Summaries are grouped into five dimensions, which makes applicants easier to compare.

  • No personal identifiers

Personally identifiable information is not sent to the AI. Age is used rather than date of birth.

  • Always check the source

Read the original answers before making a decision. Treat the summary as a starting point.

📌 Good to know

Tell families in your privacy notice that AI helps staff summarise applications. Being open about it builds trust.
