Getting Started: Your School’s Landing Page
Each school using our system has a dedicated, personalized site—this is your digital front door for prospective and current families. In this article, we'll walk through the features of your landing page and how to make the most of it.
Your School’s Contact and Campus Information
The landing page can display your school's key contact details, typically your Admissions team, along with your campus address and a map for easy navigation. This helps prospective families quickly find who to contact and where you’re located.
Engage Prospective Families with Forms
You can enable a variety of forms directly on the landing page, making it simple for families to start interacting with your school:
Application Form – For families ready to apply.
Enquiry Form – For those seeking more information.
Tour Registration Form – For booking a school visit or an open day.
These forms are optional and can be enabled or disabled based on your school’s preferences.
Signing In: Parents and Admin Users
In the top right corner of your landing page, you’ll find the Sign In button.
For parents: This is where they log in to access their accounts.
For admin users: Make sure to select the Admin Sign-In option. This will take you to the admin dashboard.
Tip: We recommend that admin users bookmark the Admin Sign-In page in their browser. This ensures that you’re always accessing the correct login page, avoiding confusion with the parent portal.
Inside the Admin Dashboard
Once you've logged in as an admin user, you’ll land on the Dashboard—your central hub for managing and monitoring activity.
On this screen, you'll notice a few main areas:
A navigation panel on the left, which helps you access rosters and different dashboards such as re-enrolment dashboard, payments dashboard and analytics.
A set of three key charts in the main dashboard area, giving you a quick overview of your admissions pipeline.
- Enquiry-to-Application Chart:
This chart shows how many enquiries your school has received each month during the current academic year—and how many of those have converted into applications. It helps you measure interest over time and identify patterns in engagement and conversion. - Applicants Chart:
This chart displays the number of applications received, broken down by month. It gives you a clear picture of application trends over time, helping you anticipate peak periods and allocate resources accordingly. - Total Enrolled Students Chart:
This chart shows how many students have officially enrolled each month during the current academic year. It’s a great tool for tracking actual admissions outcomes and ensuring enrollment goals are on track.
- Enquiry-to-Application Chart:
The Events Calendar on the right highlights important upcoming dates, such as school tours, open days and any other scheduled events. This visual overview makes it easy to stay organized and ensure your team is prepared for every engagement opportunity.
The Focus Dashboard draws your attention to applicants or students who have recently had a status change—for example, moving from “Applied” to “Admitted.” This tool is designed to prevent anyone from falling through the cracks. It ensures every applicant or newly enrolled student gets the follow-up they need.
The Task Tab is an internal productivity tool for the admissions team. It allows you to assign tasks to different team members, track existing and completed tasks and collaborate more effectively. It’s ideal for keeping the team aligned and accountable during busy admissions cycles.
The Latest Activity Tab is your real-time system log. It shows recent actions taken by staff or team members or parents. This tool helps you stay up-to-date with what’s been happening in the system—even if you weren’t directly involved.
