Enquiry Forms and Application Forms are found on a school's OpenApply landing page.
When filling the form, you must use a unique email address that has not been used before.
If you receive the message "This account already exists. Please click here to log in or reset your password", this means that there is already a parent account associated with this email address. You will need to login to your OpenApply account and complete the form from the Applicant Checklist.
