Updating Student & Family Information

Editing Family Information

Family information can be edited by clicking on the Edit icon on the top of the Parent Dashboard. Under this section you can edit both personal and contact information for the logged in parent. If you do not see an Edit icon, please scroll down to the Locked Account section of this tutorial.

Editing Student Information

By clicking on the Edit icon on the top right of the Student Details section you can update your child's name, date of birth, gender, photo, and email address. If you do not see an Edit icon, please scroll down to the Locked Account section of this tutorial.

Editing Forms

You can edit a form by scrolling down to the Application Checklist and clicking on the Edit icon to the right of the form. If you do not see an Edit icon please scroll down to the Locked Account section of this tutorial.

Locked Account

If you do not see any buttons to edit information, this means your account has been locked by your school. If an account is locked, then information cannot be edited from the Parent Dashboard. If you need to change your information while your account is locked, please contact your school directly.
