Send professional emails (e.g. one off campaigns promoting an upcoming event, or recurring newsletters) to alumni, as well as contacts and applicants. Automatically subscribe/unsubscribe parents and alumni based on their activity to multi-email (drip) campaigns that lead to an increase in engagement and strengthen alumni relationships.

Creating Email Campaigns

Navigate to CRM Preferences > Email Campaigns and click Create New Email Campaign. With the Advancement module, Email Campaigns can be sent to Alumni. Click here for further advice on creating Email Campaigns.

Lead Scoring can be selected as criteria for an Email Campaign. For example, you could send a particular Email Campaign to Hot Leads.

Submission of the Exit Questionnaire or Alumni Information Update forms can also be set as criteria, to trigger a campaign to Alumni after they submit one of these forms.
